Tara is a dynamic executive with 20+ years of Beauty experience within the data analytics and consumer insights industry. Tara has a proven track record of leading highly successful teams to drive proactive insights that guide manufacturers through business challenges – particularly within the beauty and personal care space.  As founder of the NIQ Beauty Vertical she is a close partner of CEW, WWD and contributor to various news publications to share a unique perspective on the latest trends in the industry. 

Tara developed the Beauty Vertical at NielsenIQ with the prime focus to share her diverse array of client experience paired with NielsenIQ’s breadth of omnichannel consumption to elevate insights within the health and beauty industry.  Her team is focused to develop innovative solutions, leverage new technology platforms, drive marketing and sales strategies and identify unmet consumer needs to elevate the next decade of beauty and healthcare trends with relevance. 

As a senior member of the Nielsen Leadership team, she is accountable for leading strong, dynamic teams that deliver Nielsen’s broad portfolio of services to clients while assisting them in the pursuit of growth and value creation.    

Tara earned a B.A. degree in Psychology at Ramapo College of New Jersey.  Prior to joining NIQ, she worked as a fragrance evaluator for Robert Fragrances.  Tara resides in northern New Jersey with her two children and husband. She has passion for the arts, gardening, travel and cooking.
