Because access is granted to our reports immediately available after purchase, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other product.
If you would like to purchase a report on behalf of a colleague, you can right click on the report link on your order page and select “Copy Link Address.” If you send encoded that link to your colleague, they will be able to download the report from there.
